Returns Policy

14-Day Money Back Return for all stock items, from date of receipt.

Items should be in original condition. Please request an RMA number and we will give you instructions on where to return the piece. Then return ship in original packing. Please ship insured in case of breakage. We do not pay return shipping for returns for reasons other than damage or defects.

In case of damaged piece, please send us a digital picture to expedite replacement. Otherwise, we may need the item returned to us to inspect and log the damage or problem.

Custom items are not returnable. If piece was damaged, of course we would replace and make every effort for your satisfaction.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Order

Personal and cashier's checks are acceptable. Orders are not shipped until personal checks clear our bank.

We ship to US destinations only as this time. We normally ship in 4 business days from the order receipt, unless otherwise noted in the piece description. If there is a delay, we contact asap! If there will be a delay, we email you as soon as possible. If for any we can not ship that week, we will email notify you immeidately as to the estimated delivery time.

Shipping Costs: We charge the average cost of shipping and handling ($7 per small piece, more for larger pieces depending on size and weight. We take special care to package our pieces carefully to minimize breakage.

Shipping Carriers: We use UPS, Federal Express and the United States Postal Service, depending upon the piece. We try to accommadate special shipping requests. Just add your request to the Order Notes section of the shopping cart, when placing an order or email us. We offer discounts on shipping multiple quantities of any Same Artist Pottery. These discounts make buying sets of glass art pieces very economical. These discounts apply across our multiple stores.
