The Rutile and Temmoku mug is a classic mug shape with a unique thin lip, which makes for comfortable sipping. (Click on pic above for larger view). This glaze combination produces a variety blue, brown, white, charcoal with more tones and intensities in between. Your mug will be unique and not look exactly like the picture. These vary with each firing. Each mug is approximagely 9-11 ounces (small), 3 1/2" high, 3" in diameter (4 1/4 with handle). This mug is Microwave/Dishwasher/Oven/Food Safe and uses lead-free glazes. These are high-fired stoneware (2345 degrees, Cone 10) for maximum durability. As with all hand crafted pottery the coloring and size will vary from piece to piece, making each piece a one-of-a-kind.
